Throughout The Holistic Glow Up, we repeat the three steps in cycles for each “bad” habit. This ensures that you successfully implement new habits without regressing to your old ways. Most people may be aware that they consume too much sugar, struggle to commit to a workout plan, or fail to incorporate veggies into their daily meals. But, is that all that’s holding you back?
Maybe you’ve tried a diet before but didn’t stick to it. In the past, lifestyle changes didn’t become habits- just a temporary part of your life that phased out just as quickly as you phased it in.
After a thorough in-depth assessment together, I will help identify other sneaky ways you’ve been sabotaging your health… and trust me, there are likely more than you could’ve ever imagined.

The best part is though that I still enjoy pizza, wine, and being cozy watching Netflix- EVEN THOUGH I make boss moves in my life and live a healthy lifestyle. I’m all about balance and don’t promote a restrictive lifestyle. You really can have it all!
You’ll become your own health and lifestyle guru- and will even be able to pass on this knowledge to your loved ones. Throughout this program, we implement healthy habits for Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep Habits and Mindfulness- all crucial pillars of health.
Many other coaches offer a singular solution to health (diets or workout plans etc). This approach leaves clients right back where they started because they haven’t given love to every other aspect of their lives. We need to feel holistically balanced and nourished to progress and see an impactful change in our habits.

It takes 21 days to turn anything into a habit. Throughout this process we’ve worked on establishing 20-30 new habits. In step three we will work together to ensure that you leave this experience having seen an impactful change in how you live your life- with the ability to carry on the tools forever.
